Construction from

Introductory pricing based on our high standard of construction, appropriate tools and professional teams. It can go up based on options and other choices.
Plot sizes
1,200 · 2,400 · 4,800 sqft
Approximate plot sizes are 1,200 and 2,400 sqft; two large plots can sometimes be joined for 4,800 sqft of buildable land, subject to position and availability.

Options & personalisation
The final price can go up based on options and choices — a dipping pool, rooftop garden, or changes within the limits of the chosen elevation. Once the plan is signed off, it cannot be altered.
Interiors & landscaping
Our architects can carry the design language of your villa into its interiors and garden at a marginal fee — less than commissioning another company.
Maintenance
A monthly maintenance charge applies per villa based on its size; the final cost includes the fee for three years in advance. It covers security, perimeter wall, landscaping, street lighting, roads and sidewalks.
Housing loans
We have tie-ups with NBFCs and banks that support qualified individuals directly. A few banks with extended disbursement timelines are not supported, to protect construction schedules.
