By rail
Melmaruvathur has its own railway station on the Chennai–Villupuram section, with regular suburban and express services from Chennai Egmore. The farm is a short drive from the station.

Melmaruvathur is best known for the Adhiparasakthi Siddhar Peetam temple, and hosts the Adhiparasakthi colleges and hospital. Chengalpattu and Madurantakam are the nearest towns for major shopping and services.
